On the Hwy. 169 watch, delays are only averaging 5 to 8 minutes across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. I am definitely seeing lighter levels of traffic through that work zone.

Northbound Hwy. 52 remains closed at County Road 42 in Rosemount due to a rollover crash involving a semitrailer truck.
