A power outage affecting 9,000 customers in Brooklyn Park, Champlin and Osseo has knocked out traffic signals on Hwy. 169 from roughly 120th Avenue down to 93rd Avenue. That is causing very slow conditions in the area

Look out for a three-vehicle accident at 109th Avenue and Winnetka Avenue in Brooklyn Park.

Elsewhere the State Patrol is dealing with a crash in the left lane on westbound Crosstown at Penn Avenue.

There are reports just coming in about a fender bender on westbound 694 near White Bear Avenue.
