While commuters across the metro area are sailing right along, that's not the case on southbound Hwy. 65 through Ham Lake and Blaine.

Traffic is bumper to bumper from 109th Avenue to County Road 10, where all southbound lanes are closed for a road construction project.

University Avenue is moving much better and could prove to be a fine alternate. Even southbound 35W might not be a bad choice if that is not too far out of the way.
