6:20 a.m. update: A second crash on 169

We now have a second crash on southbound Hwy. 169. This one is on the right shoulder at Plymouth Avenue. The one up ahead is on the ramp to eastbound Hwy. 55.

We now have a second crash on southbound Hwy. 169. This one is on the right shoulder at Plymouth Avenue. The one up ahead is on the ramp to eastbound Hwy. 55.

The biggest problem of the morning is on northbound 35 in Lakeville and 35W in Burnsville. A spinout has the left lane blocked at Crystal Lake Road.
