A spinout in the right lane at 7th Street and a fender bender at Mounds Blvd. has traffic crawling from White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul.

In Fridley, look out for a spinout on westbound 694 at East River Road. The vehicle is facing the wrong direction. Expect heavy traffic in the immediate area.

The wreck on southbound 35W at County C has cleared, but in its wake there is a long line of solid traffic back to 694.

More ramp issues: A vehicle went off the ramp from Johnson Street to southbound 35W in Minneapolis.
