6:15 a.m. update: Tire tread on Hwy. 212

A tire tread is straddling the lanes on eastbound Hwy. 212 just east of the 494 interchange. The State Patrol is just now rolling up to remove it.

The Friday rush is living up to its name as traffic is rushing right along. No congestion to speak of anywhere on the system. Dry roads also are helping to keep traffic moving.

A tire tread is straddling the lanes on eastbound Hwy. 212 just east of the 494 interchange. The State Patrol is just now rolling up to remove it.
