Traffic levels on westbound 94 are building through Woodbury. The slowest traffic is between Woodbury Drive and Radio Drive where the State Patrol is heading to a "vehicle off the road" call. A motorist landed in the center median, and that has westbound drivers slowing down to take a peek.
In St. Paul, eastbound 94 drivers will see a stalled vehicle parked on the right shoulder at Johnson Pkwy.
