It's been a rough start for a few motorists this morning. This guy landed in the right ditch while traveling northbound on 35E between Pennsylvania and Maryland Avenues in St. Paul.

Authorities also are tending to a downed motorcyclist on southbound Cedar Avenue at Lindau Lane. That's the ramp to the Mall of America. Traffic may be diverted to Lindau, so plan on delays if are heading that way.

The road work on northbound 494 at I-394 has been picked up. The same is true for southbound Hwy. 100 at 57th Avenue, but the northbound side is still down to a single lane.

MnDOT is reporting a stalled vehicle blocking a lane on northbound Hwy. 100 between 36th Street and Excelsior Blvd.
