6:15 a.m. update: Dry roads are leading to a smooth commute

The drive on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul is delightful at this hour. You can make that drive in 10 minutes.

Southbound 94 from 694 to the Lowry Hill Tunnel is moving along quite nicely. That's only 6 minutes.

Northbound 35W and Cedar Avenue are seeing building levels, but nothing that will set you back any time. On northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis is only 10 minutes.

It's also 10 minutes on southbound 169 from I-94 down to Hwy. 7.

No issues on eastbound 394. Look for a stalled vehicle on the right shoulder on westbound 394 at Winnetka Avenue.
