Motorists who use Minnehaha Avenue in the vicinity of the VA Medical Center and Fort Snelling Station can expect delays. The reason is a vehicle got stuck on the light-rail tracks and that is affecting the crossing arms at 54th Street.

Blue Line trains are now sharing a single track in the area, so riders can expect delays.

On the roads, traffic is starting to fill in on southbound 35W from County Road 10 to 694.

It's still a pretty decent run on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul, with just 12 to 15 minutes needed there.

No problems in the west metro or the south metro. A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 is having no impact on traffic.
