In downtown Minneapolis, police are assisting a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle at 3rd Street and Nicollet Mall. Be on alert for pedestrians.
Elsewhere, traffic is moving at near the posted speeds on mainline routes. Things are starting to fill in on eastbound 94 from the Crow River to Rogers.
The first Northstar Commuter line train is running on time as it approaches the Fridley station.
