Authorities and rescue workers have located the vehicle that went into Shingle Creek in Brooklyn Center. You'll see lots of flashing lights on the right shoulder of westbound 694 near the pedestrian bridge over the freeway. Be sure to move over as you pass by; it's the law.

Over in St. Paul, traffic is knotted up on southbound 35E from the 694/35E interchange into downtown St. Paul. A stalled vehicle at Larpenteur Avenue has been in the left lane for about a half hour.

A minor inconvenience for southbound Hwy. 100 drivers. The gates leading to the HOT lane on 394 are stuck in the down position. No access to the carpool lane today.
