6:15 a.m. update: A lack of congestion

A stalled vehicle that has been blocking a lane on eastbound 94 at the Mississippi River bridge has been towed away and all lanes are back open.

A stalled vehicle that has been blocking a lane on eastbound 94 at the Mississippi River bridge has been towed away and all lanes are back open.

Travel time between the downtowns in both direction is 10 minutes.

A nice commute is underway with no big delays. Even southbound 35W through Mounds View and Shoreview is moving at near the posted speeds.

Congestion is absent from 494 through the Bloomington strip. We have no slow downs of significance in the south metro.
