Frightening. A report over the scanner indicates a motorist heading the wrong direction on 35W in Minneapolis. The vehicle was heading south in the northbound lanes near 35th Street.

It's an accident involving a tanker and car on the right shoulder of westbound 694 at Century Avenue. So far that is not having a big impact on traffic.

In Fridley, a semitrailer truck is stalled on northbound Hwy. 65 just past Mississippi Street. It's blocking one lane of traffic.

For those just checking in, be careful on the roads. Black ice is common. Several vehicles have spun out on the Cliff Road overpass at Cedar Avenue in Eagan.
