Southbound 35W in Mounds View is one of the first places to see congestion during the morning rush, and that is the case today.

Southbound 35W in Mounds View is one of the first places to see congestion during the morning rush, and that is the case today.

I'm not seeing any major delays, but there are lots of headlghts.

One incident on the system is a spinout on northbound 35W near Portland Avenue, in the curve heading into downtown Minneapolis.
