The easy breezy commute has become slightly problematic in the past few minutes.

A stall is blocking a lane on southbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue heading into downtown St. Paul.

A stalled vehicle is blocking the left lane on eastbound 94 just past Franklin Avenue.

Sounds like a serious injury accident involving two vehicles on the ramp from Manning Avenue to westbound 94 in Woodbury.
