6:10 a.m. update: Spinout on I-35W in northeast Minneapolis

Even on dry roads, spin outs can occur. Don't know the circumstance on this one, but a driver is facing the wrong way on the left shoulder of southbound 35W at Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis.

The other snag on the system is the crash invovling several vehicles on southbound Hwy. 65 in Blaine. You'll see the action on the right at 93rd Lane with delays back to 99th Avenue.
