Even without any crashes or spinouts, many routes are already seeing congestion and delays.

On southbound 494 it's 20 minutes from 94 to 394. On southbound 35W it's 14 minutes from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280.

The worst driving is on westbound 94. Two crashes has lanes blocked, with Snelling Avenue and Hwy. 280. It's 23 minutes from 694 in Oakdale to Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis.

On eastbound 94, look for a box truck blocking the left lane and shoulder just outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A lane is blocked at Cretin Avenue.

Traffic has come to a standstill on southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue. There is a crash ahead at University Avenue.
