Our first report of congestion comes from the White Bear Lake area where southbound 35E is slow from County Road J down to 694.
For some good news, the semi that was blocking the ramp from northbound Hwy. 169 to eastbound 394 was just towed away. Look for that ramp to open in the next few minutes.
Authorities are still doing crash clean up on eastbound 94 at Zane Avenue. One lane is open and traffic bunches up starting at Boone Avenue.
The vehicles that were in the ditch on eastbound 94 at 35W in downtown Minneapolis have been towed away. The freeway is open and traffic is moving at a decent pace there.
