The incident and accident free rush hour was short lived. I'm just getting word of a crash, possibly involving a motorcycle, on eastbound Hwy. 10 at the junction of University Avenue Blaine.

The incident and accident free rush hour was short lived. I'm just getting word of a crash, possibly involving a motorcycle, on eastbound Hwy. 10 at the junction with University Avenue in Blaine.

Traffic is starting to stack up with slow downs beginning at Foley Blvd.
