Blue Line trains are rolling as scheduled. Earlier a northbound train was held for 10 to 15 minutes at the Cedar-Riverside Station as crews dealt with a systems issue, a Metro Transit spokesman said.

Gates were stuck in the down position on 11th Avenue, according to scanner reports.

The issue has been resolved and "all trains are now on the move," said spokesman John Siqveland.
