Word is that there is a crash blocking a lane on westbound Hwy. 36 at Manning Avenue.
In South St. Paul and Newport, westbound 494 is at a standstill froom Bailey Road over to Hardman Avenue. An injury crash blocking the two lanes is the reason.
Police and other emergency vehicles are on the scene. Word is they will clear the lanes in the next couple of minutes.
