A crash on the ramp from northbound University Avenue to westbound 694 in Fridley had the ramp shut down for about 30 minutes. It's now back open.
In Vadnais Heights, traffic is still slowing down on southbound 35E approaching County Road 96. It's the gawker effect as drivers slow to look across to the northbound lanes where a semi rolled over at Goose Lake Road and landed in the right ditch.
Look for a crash on the ramp from eastbound 494 to southbound Hwy. 52.
In downtown St. Paul, look for the crunched metal on the left shoulder of eastbound 94 at 7th Street.
Roads and ramps are slick, so use caution.
