A second crash on southbound I-35W in downtown Minneapolis is tangling traffic.

A second crash on southbound I-35W in downtown Minneapolis is tangling traffic.

The latest is on 35W on the ramp to I-94.

The big one is the car that slid under a tanker truck on southbound 35W at 26th Street. Only the left lane is open as crews work to clear that incident. Traffic is stacked up to near Washington Avenue.
