Motorists traveling both directions of the Portland Avenue Bridge spanning Interstate 35E in Burnsville will encounter delays beginning this morning.
Both directions of the Portland Avenue Bridge will be shifted to the northbound lanes (southbound will be using part of the turn lanes). Once crews complete work on the southbound lanes traffic will shift to the northbound side of the bridge.
Lanes are schedule to re-open by July 2.
