A stalled semitrailer truck is off on the right shoulder of westbound I-94 at 1st Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. It's not having much of an impact on traffic.

Levels are building on southbound 35W with minor congestion between Hwy. 10 and I-694. That will add just a minute or two to your commute.

On southbound Hwy. 100, things are a tad tight from Hwy. 55 to Excelsior Blvd.

Elsewhere, traffic is flowing freely. Roads are in good shape, but watchout for scattered slippery spots due to refreeze.
