Roads are still in good shape with light levels of traffic at this hour.
A couple of issues include a stall on the ramp from northbound 35E to Ayd Mill Road in St. Paul.
There's also a stall outside the Lowry Hill Tunnel on westbound 94 in Minneapolis.
The ramp from southbound 35W to County Road 88 is blocked as State Troopers remove a deer that was struck by a vehicle earlier this morning.
