Traffic lights are not working at 97th Avenue and Noble Pkwy. in Brooklyn Park. There is a power outage in the area so it's likely that other traffic signals and street lights are out as well.

It's a car that slid off the ramp and landed in a snow bank on the ramp from France Avenue to eastbound 494 in Bloomington. That illustrates that ramps are slick, so keep the speeds down.

We've had a handful of other spin outs across the system, including northbound 35E at Tart Lake Road and eastbound 494 at 5th Avenue in South St. Paul.
