The early rush hour trouble spot is on southbound I-35W at 95th Avenue in the Blaine/Lino Lakes area. A vehicle rolled over and is blocking the left lane. Traffic is backing up towards Lexington Avenue.
On westbound 694, look out for people walking along the freeway near County Road 81.
We have pockets of slow traffic on southbound 35E between County J and County 96 and that is adding just a couple minutes to the drive.
