Commuters are still rolling along at near the posted speeds on mainline routes as traffic levels remain light. Drivers on southbound 35W in the northern suburbs and I-94 from Rogers to Maple Grove is starting to fill in.
In Woodbury, traffic is jamming up on westbound 94 due to a crash just east of Woodbury Drive. Look for brake lights to come on at Lake Elmo Avenue.
The cold is also affecting traffic in Apple Valley. Look for a stall on northbound Cedar Avenue between 150th and 147th Street.
In the northwest metro, a stall is blocking a lane on County 81 at Fernbrook Lane.
