City streets and county roads are in terrible shape this morning, just like the mainline roads. We have a crash on Rockford Road at the I-494 interchange.

City streets and county roads are in terrible shape this morning, just like the mainline roads. We have a crash on Rockford Road at the I-494 interchange.

Spinouts keep coming on the mainline. We've got them at eastbound 694 at Lexington Avenue in Arden Hills, Coon Rapids Blvd near East River Road, and several others.
