Deer apparently are active this morning in the north metro. A couple vehicles are off to the right shoulder on southbound I-35 at County Road 22 in the Wyoming/Forest Lake area. Word is they struck a deer.

Earlier this morning, MnDOT crews removed a deer carcass from the lanes of southbound 35E at County Road 96 in White Bear Lake.

Elsewhere, I'm seeing building levels on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694 through Shoreview and Arden Hills.

For the most part, traffic is moving at the posted speeds on major routes in the Twin Cities.
