Commuters on southbound 169 in Brooklyn Park can now access I-94. The road is shut down at 94 to allow crews to clean up a car fire that has the highway shut down. The road had been shut down at 77th Avenue.

Be prepared for a traffic jam in the area.

More bad news for 169 drivers. To the south at Bass Lake Road, a crash is blocking the left lane.

Other issues on the system include a spin out on the ramp from southbound Hwy. 252 to eastbound 694 and another one on southbound I-35E at Hwy. 13.

This advice from MnDOT: Snow is slicking up the roads. Good morning to take your time. Leave early or expect to arrive late.
