Semitrailer trucks are having difficulty getting up freeway ramps. Currently we have two that are totally blocked. They are on westbound 94 to southbound 169 in Brooklyn Park. The ramp from northbound 35W to westbound 494 in Bloomington is also blocked.

Lots of spinouts, including eastbound 694 at Lexington Avenue, eastbound Crosstown at Tracy Avenue and westbound 494 at 24th Avenue.
