5:55 a.m. update: Delays growing on Hwy. 169 in Shakopee

Traffic comes to a stop at County Road 18 and remains thick up to Old Shakopee Road. That's all due to road work on the bridge.

No surprise that we have delays on northbound Hwy. 169 through Shakopee and across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.

Traffic comes to a stop at County Road 18 and remains thick up to Old Shakopee Road. That's all due to road work on the bridge.

Plan on 15 minutes from County 18 up to 494.

Traffic is not so bad in other work zones, including northbound 35E from County Road 42 up to Cedar Avenue. Things are moving along just fine.

No problems in the 694 work zone from Hwy. 252 over to Long Lake Road.

Another road closing starts this morning. This one is on Hwy. 3 in both directions between 80th Street and Ann Marie Trail in Inver Grove Heights. All ramps from Hwy. 55 to Hwy. 3 also will be closed.
