The car vs. deer crash on northbound Cedar Avenue at 35E has cleared and all lanes are open. That crash happened just north of the work zone that has 35E down to a single lane between Cedar Avenue and the 35E/35W split.

The car vs. deer crash on northbound Cedar Avenue at 35E has cleared and all lanes are open. That crash happened just north of the work zone that has 35E down to a single lane between Cedar Avenue and the 35E/35W split.

Beware on Hiawatha Avenue. Word is traffic lights are out at 38th Street and 42nd Street. That could tie up traffic as the rush hour rolls along.
