A disabled vehicle is blocking the carpool lane on northbound 35W at 76th Street in Bloomington.
The State Patrol has cleared a spinout has left a vehicle in the median facing the wrong way on northbound 35W near 26th Street in Minneapolis. A second vehicle is off to the right shoulder.
