5:50 a.m. update: Use caution

A sign on southbound 35E says it all, "Use Caution." Several accidents and spinouts littering the system, including on the ramp from 94 to 394.

The ramp from southbound 94 to westbound 394 is jammed with at least three vehicles involved in a crash. That ramp is blocked.

In St. Paul, ambulances and fire trucks are on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on southbound 35E between Larpenteur Avenue and Maryland Avenue. Traffic is getting by only in the right lane.
