Emergency crews are working to clear a crash blocking the two left lanes on southbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue. Traffic is stacking up just south of Larpenteur Avenue.

Emergency crews are working to clear a crash blocking the two left lanes on southbound 35E at Pennsylvania Avenue. Traffic is stacking up just south of Larpenteur Avenue.

Plan on an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get past the scene.
