No word if the patchy fog or an isolated slippery spot contributed to a spin out and crash on 35E in St. Paul.

The left lane is blocked on southbound 35E just prior to Maryland Avenue in St. Paul. Traffic levels are light at the moment, so no significant delays. But things will plug up fast if this one sits there for any length of time.
