I just watched at the State Patrol put a man in the back seat of a squad car on eastbound 394 at Glenwood. Now the activity is on the westbound side of things. Police are converging on a white vehicle parked under the overpass. An ambulance also is on the scene.

The word is that a homeless person or two may have had too much to drink and were stumbling around on the road. All the activity is creating lots of drama.
