A wreck is taking out the left lane of eastbound 694 at Victoria Street in Shoreview. Traffic is stacking up quickly.
The ramp from France Avenue to westbound Crosstown is shut down as emergency personnel attend to a serious injury crash. The right shoulder of westbound Crosstown also is impacted. That is causing only minor delays.
The drive on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694 is moving along fine, but there is some tightening approaching County 96.
