5:50 a.m. update: Crash clogs traffic on I-35E in northeast metro

Traffic is coming to a standstill on southbound I-35E north of County Road 96 in Vadnais Heights. A crash in which a vehicle went into the median just south of County 96 has the left lane blocked.

Traffic is coming to a standstill on southbound I-35E north of County Road 96 in Vadnais Heights. A crash in which a vehicle went into the median just south of County 96 has the left lane blocked.

And a crash on Snelling Avenue has the ramp from westbound 94 blocked. This will be in effect for quite some time. The Hamline Avenue exit is a viable alternate.
