Traffic levels are extremely light this morning, but we do have a couple issues impacting those who are out. With temperatures well below zero, beware of isloated slick spots.

A vehicle spun out and slammed into the concrete wall on southbound 35E on the Cayuga Bridge. The left lane is blocked.

In White Bear Lake, a Fed Ex truck lost its trailer. It somehow became detatched and is blocked the ramp from Century Avenue to westbound 694.
