A couple of earlier crashes have cleared and the metro area highway system is back to full strength. They were on Hwy. 10 at Armstrong Blvd. in Ramsey and on Cedar Avenue in the vicinity of Old Shakopee Road.
We have no delays of significance at this hour.
We can expect delays in the not too distant future on Hwy. 52 in the work zone between Concord Blvd. and Argenta Trail. That has been a bugaboo since that project started, and we've got a couple more weeks to go with that single lane construction.
