Good road conditions and low levels of traffic has this morning's rush hour off to a quiet start. We have no delays anywhere on the system at this hour.

If you missed the news, both the Hwy. 101 and County Road 9 crossings over the Minnesota River in Shakopee and Jordan respectively reopened to traffic on Monday. That should take the stress off the commute on Hwy. 169 and 35W.
