5:50 a.m. update: A standstill on 694 in north metro

The bad news is that 694 is still down to a single lane at the Mississippi River bridge as part of overnight road work. That has traffic stacked up to Silver Lake Road, meaning an extra 10 minutes to get across the river.

The good news is that I-694 from 35W to Long Lake Road is back open after a weekend closure.

The bad news is that 694 is still down to a single lane at the Mississippi River bridge as part of overnight road work. That has traffic stacked up to Silver Lake Road, meaning an extra 10 minutes to get across the river.
