5:45 a.m. update: Stall blocking lane on 94 in St. Paul

The extreme cold can be hard on vehicles, including the one that stalled out on westbound I-94 near Hwy. 52 in downtown St. Paul. It's in the left lane and in a tough spot, so keep an eye out for it.

The extreme cold can be hard on vehicles, including the one that stalled out on westbound I-94 near Hwy. 52 in downtown St. Paul. It's in the left lane and in a tough spot, so keep an eye out for it.

Ice is the problem on the ramp from Lexington Avenue to eastbound 94. MnDOT has been called to deal with a big patch of ice.

With many schools closed today, traffic levels could be on the light side. That is currently the case.
