The northbound lanes of Penn Avenue in Bloomington between Old Shakopee Road and 102nd Street will close at 7 a.m. today.

Centerpoint Energy will be doing work to repair a gas valve. The road is expected to be open by Tuesday.

MnDOT crews are picking up the cones on eastbound 694 from Hwy. 100 over to University Avenue. The freeway should be back to two lanes shortly, but until then, prepare for a bit of a delay with traffic already coming to a near stop at Hwy. 100.
