Commuters who use northbound 35E will notice a traffic change today. Overnight MnDOT finished moving barriers and shifting traffic to the newly constructed lanes between Cayuga Street and Maryland Avenue. The department also opened the ramp from northbound 35E to Maryland Avenue.

On the southbound side of things, the ramp to Maryland Avenue is now closed and will remain that way until mid-December, MnDOT says.

One other closing of note. The ramp from E. 7th Street to southbound Hwy. 52 will be closed again tonight for more work.
